Back from Hiatus...

I took a 2 year break from this blog to try and get my life figured out, or at least have some direction.

I learned a lot about myself during that time, I feel better about my life now, and where it is headed, so I'm back!!



I'm currently working on a surprise quilt for some family members.

This is the Asteria quilt, and here is the Craftsy class for it.

I'm actually taking a class for it in a local quilt shop, Thimble Towne in Visalia. 

I wanted to do a different color way, so I went with greens (all bought at Joanns).

Here's what I'll be trying to accomplish tonight during CrazyMomQuilts's Finish it up Friday.

I need to cut all the strips required for the remaining 4 blocks. Then I need to sub-cut.
